BASE® butterfly valves are used in concrete batching plants, storage and transport of powders. They are suitable to be used under hoppers, containers of various types, silos and screw conveyors. They are used to intercept and regulate the flow of powders and can be activated by manual or pneumatic controls.

SILO OUTLET VALVE
Silo outlet butterfly valves are designed to facilitate material discharge.
This valve model is equipped with two flanges: an upper square flange, designed for installation below the silo outlet, and a lower round flange, designed for mounting onto the spherical inlet of the screw conveyor. The special shape of the seal, combined with its technopolymer material, ensures a high level of sealing and excellent wear resistance.
The valve can be equipped with a manual control, either with a straight lever (BSCM2) or a shaped lever (BSCM4).

BASE® single and double flange butterfly valves are made of aluminium with lens coated with wear-resistant plastic material. They are available in various diameters in single and double flange.
SINGLE FLANGE VALVES
The single flange butterfly valve is made up of two half-shells in die-cast aluminium, an upper flange, a cylindrical lower fitting for fixing the rubber sleeve and a closing disc in cast iron or steel covered in technopolymer.
