Strength and durability
Tested reliability: Z series has passed countless tests over the years, consistently delivering high performances. Due to its extraordinary durability, it has become a benchmark in the industry, earning the appreciation and trust of customers worldwide.
Key features: Z series twin wall bend is designed for conveying abrasive materials; the inner layer, uniformly hardened to 63 HRC, provides high wear resistance. The outer layer protects the inner layer from torsional, bending and impact forces, ensuring longer service life.
Outstanding performance guaranteed
Key features: ZH series twin wall impact bend was specifically designed for conveying highly abrasive materials.
Application: ZH impact bends are highly recommended in strategic locations, such as the inlet and outlet of the concrete pump turret, as well as in the last and next-to-last boom bends ensuring greater wear resistance and extending the service life of the entire pipeline. In particular, the last two bends of the boom are subject to heavy wear as the concrete flow falls vertically, causing extremely high impact wear. Installing ZH impact bends at these critical points ensures high protection and longer service life of the pipeline.
Extended durability
Proven reliability: E 700 series has been tested for years and guarantees high performances recognized worldwide.
Key Features: E 700 twin wall bend is designed specifically for conveying abrasive materials. The inner layer is uniformly hardened to 63 HRC, providing high wear resistance and long service life, the outer layer protects the inner pipe from torsional, bending and impact forces.
Excellent strength and durability
Key features: E 900 series is designed to guarantee a long service life even with highly abrasive materials. the wear layer of the inner bend is tempered to a hardness of 67 HRC, offering superior strength primarily in high-wear applications, ensuring long operating times without any downtime; the outer bend provides optimal protection against torsional, bending and impact forces, preserving the integrity of the pipeline even under the most challenging conditions
Chrome carbide inserts: E 900 series bends are reinforced with chrome carbide inserts (CCI), that enhance the strength and durability of the pipeline even further.
Outstanding performances
Special chrome carbide inserts: EH 900 series impact bends are designed to deal with particularly high wear conditions, providing exceptional durability due to the chromium carbide inserts (CCI), located at the back of the inner layer of the bend.
Application: EH 900 impact bends are highly recommended in strategic locations, such as the inlet and outlet of the concrete pump turret, as well as in the last and next-to-last boom bends ensuring greater wear resistance and extending the service life of the entire pipeline. In particular, the last two bends of the boom are subject to heavy wear as the concrete flow falls vertically, causing extremely high impact wear.
Recommended use: in concrete pumps with configurations up to three boom sections, the use of EH 900 impact bends is strongly recommended; in concrete pumps with configurations of four or more sections, the use of EH 900 impact bends becomes essential.
