Features: the double-walled elbow of the Z series is designed for conveying abrasive materials; the inner elbow, uniformly hardened to 63 HRC, guarantees high wear resistance. The outer elbow safeguards the inner elbow from torsional, bending and impact forces, ensuring a longer service life.

Guaranteed maximum performance

Features: the double-walled impact bend of the ZH series is designed for conveying highly abrasive materials.

Application: we recommend the use of the ZH impact bends in strategic positions, such as the inlet and outlet of the concrete pump turret, as well as in the penultimate and last bend of the boom, ensuring greater resistance to wear and prolonging the life of the entire pipeline. In particular, the last two bends of the boom are subject to heavy wear as the concrete flow falls vertically, causing extremely high impact wear. The installation of the ZH impact bends at these critical points ensures high protection and a longer pipeline life.

Extended service life

Proven reliability: the E 700 series has been tried and tested for years, offering high performance recognised as a worldwide standard.

Features: the double-walled bend of the E 700 series is specifically designed for conveying abrasive material: the inner elbow is uniformly hardened to 63 HRC, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and long service life, the outer elbow protects the inner elbow from torsion and bending forces.

Excellence in durability and resistance

Features: The E 900 series is designed for long life even with highly abrasive materials. The wear layer of the inner bend is hardened to a hardness of 67 HRC, offering superior wear resistance and ensuring long, uninterrupted service life; the outer bend provides optimal protection against torsional and bending forces, preserving the integrity of the pipeline even with highly abrasive materials.

Chromium carbide inserts: the E 900 series bends are equipped with chromium carbide inserts (CCI) that further enhance the strength and durability of the pipeline.

Exceptional performance

Special chromium carbide inserts: the EH 900 series impact bends are designed to cope with particularly high wear performance, guaranteeing exceptional durability thanks to the presence of chromium carbide inserts (CCI) in the inner layer of the bend, located at the rear.

Application: it is highly recommended that the EH 900 impact bends be used in key positions such as the entrance and exit of the turret, as well as in the penultimate and last bends of the arm, to ensure greater wear resistance and prolong the life of the entire pipeline. The last two bends of the boom are particularly exposed to intense wear, as the concrete flow falls vertically, causing extremely high impact wear.

Recommended use: pumps with configurations of up to three sections, the use of EH 900 impact bends is strongly recommended; pumps with configurations of four or more sections, the use of EH 900 impact bends becomes essential.
