RM® manufactures a complete range of double wall reducers, specifically designed for concrete pumps where high wear resistance is required. Double wall reducers allow the pipe diameter to be reduced from a larger to a smaller one, adapting the line to the specific needs of the construction site and ensuring a constant and safe flow of material from the pump to the point of use.
Each reducer consists of two layers: a heat-treated, heavy-duty inner wall that provides high abrasion resistance, and an outer wall that offers impact protection and structural containment. This configuration allows the reducer to withstand the intense stresses generated by pumped concrete, significantly increasing its service life compared to single-wall versions.
