We manufacture a complete range of single-wall bends for diverting the flow of material. Used mainly in concrete pumping lines mounted on the arms of concrete pumps and truck mixer pumps, RM® bends are designed to withstand the high abrasiveness of pumped concrete, ensuring uniform and controlled distribution on construction sites.
We produce single wall bends using high-quality wear-resistant manganese steel with increased wall thickness in critical areas most exposed to abrasion. This key feature significantly extends the service life of the bends and reduces machine downtime.
We offer a wide selection of diameters and radiuses to meet different technical specifications. The bends are equipped with various types of weld-on rings, ensuring perfect compatibility and secure connections with different joining systems.
Our range is fully compatible with the bends of the main concrete pump manufacturers, including Cifa®, Coime®, Mecbo, Putzmeister®, Schwing®, Sermac® and Turbosol®.
Each bend is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with the essential safety requirements of EN 12001:2012, with a safety factor of 2 to ensure maximum reliability.
Cast bends
Vega® cast bends are made of cast steel, manganese and chrome alloys in proportions that achieve excellent mechanical properties combined with high wear resistance, from 200HB to 400HB. The bends have greater thicknesses at the crucial points that are most subject to wear. Vega® cast bends are produced in different diameters, angles and radiuses with end collars of different designs according to the different connection systems required. The external turning of the ring increases the life of the sealing gasket. The range of Vega® cast bends are compatible with the bends used by the most important manufacturers of pumping machines such as Cifa®, Coime®, Mecbo®, Putzmeister®, Schwing®, Sermac® and are mainly used in the realization of the concrete pumping line mounted on the boom of concrete pumps and truck-mixer pumps.
