At our headquarters, we recently welcomed the new collaborators of Luigi Bacchi CIVI S.p.A., who have joined the RM® distribution network for the Vega® brand product line.

Comprehensive training

Luigi Bacchi, the exclusive Iveco dealer for the provinces of Perugia, Pesaro Urbino and Macerata, has always been a point of reference in the industrial and commercial vehicle sector. Thanks to its consolidated experience in servicing the territory, the company has decided to diversify and expand its business, integrating into its offer wear parts and spare parts for machines intended for transporting and pumping concrete, further strengthening its presence in the market.

The training day was designed to provide a complete overview of our company. It began with a general introduction to the machines and related accessories we produce and supply, followed by a focus on the operation of the pumping unit of concrete pumps and key aspects such as:

  • the different types of steel used;
  • the various systems of connection couplings;
  • wear types based on applications.

Technical and practical approach

We explained how to prevent the most common abrasions and the factors that influence pipe durability. Each component was analyzed from a technical and strategic perspective, emphasizing its role in performance and field applications.

It wasn’t just theory: in our showroom, participants had the opportunity to see the products firsthand, evaluating their quality through thickness, hardness, and finish analyses—key features that set us apart.

The day concluded with a visit to the production departments, where our guests observed the processes and technologies we use. We shared with them the passion and dedication we put into every detail, building a network based on quality and innovation.
