Las abrazaderas HD están especialmente indicadas para líneas de bombeo de hormigón a alta presión, con presiones de trabajo que van desde los 85 hasta los 300 bares. Aseguran una buena rigidez y estanqueidad, permitiendo al mismo tiempo un ligero movimiento de las tuberías. Las abrazaderas HD se utilizan principalmente en líneas de distribución de hormigón, tanto horizontales como verticales, ideales para cubrir largas distancias. Estos acoplamientos se usan predominantemente en el mercado norte-americano.
