Monoblock or modular conveyor belt scrapers made of rubber or polyurethane, with high resistance ceramic inserts. We also supply universal tensioning devices, to achieve a perfect application of the scrapers.

Modular Scrapers

The innovative modular system, installed in front of the pulley, is designed to efficiently recover material into the hopper and prevent buildup on the ground. The independent modules adapt perfectly to the conveyor profile, ensuring consistent cleaning across the entire surface. The system is highly cost-effective, as only worn components need to be replaced, reducing maintenance time and costs.

Rubber version with ceramic inserts

Thanks to the use of ceramic as the contact surface, this version delivers optimal cleaning performance, extended durability, and minimal wear on the conveyor belt.

Polyurethane version

This version offers enhanced flexibility, making it ideal for handling delicate belts or less abrasive materials.

In order to guarantee the belt scraper with a constant pressure and contact on the belt itself, different systems are used. Based on years of experience, RM® recommends the installation of the universal elastic system RBT for any type of belt scraper
