We manufacture weld-on rings for concrete pumping pipelines made of S355 (ST52) steel, designed for various types and diameters of pipes. They are the ideal solution for concrete and cement mortar pumping lines in general.
To ensure maximum versatility, our collars are suitable for the most popular connection systems available on the market, including Metric (Victaulic/SK), HD, Conical, Male/Female (M/F), and ZX.
For applications requiring enhanced wear resistance, we also offer a specialized line of rings with carbide reinforcement. These chromium carbide rings are mainly used in the construction of double-wall pipelines and in particularly critical sections of the piping system.
SK/METRIC
Collars particularly suitable for distribution lines with working pressures from 85 to 130 bar. Mainly used for concrete distribution booms as they allow the rotation of pipes.

CHROME CARBIDES
Chrome carbide collars are made for the SK/metric connection system. The outer part of the collar is made of S355 (ST52) steel while the inner part in steel alloy and chromium carbides to ensure high resistance to abrasion.
