Manual diverter

Two-way manual flow diverter made of S355 (ST52) steel, for DN100 and DN125 pipelines. It allows to divert the flow of concrete according to the pumping line to be used. Indispensable for long distance and highrise pumping lines. Normally used in cases of lack of hydraulic supply due to technical difficulties or environmental regulations. It can be produced with any connection system desired by the customer.

Hydraulic diverter

Two ways hydraulic flow diverter, available for DN 125 pipelines. It’s very easy to utilize, since the hydraulic cylinder allows to divert the flow of concrete when the operator wants to. Our hydraulic diverter, unlike the other diverters on the market, is equipped with an internal plate covered in wear resistant polyurethane. This device makes the internal plate more resistant and the overall performance is better, since the plate is the most critical part of the diverter.

Horizontal hydraulic diverter

The hydraulic two-way horizontal flow diverter for DN125 pipes is made of high-strength steel with 7 mm thick S355 (ST52) pipe connections. It is characterized by an extreme easiness of use as well as very compact dimensions, thanks to the hydraulic cylinder controlled by a special manual pump integral with the frame itself. It also allows to the operator a rapid exchange on 2 different lines of concrete distribution. The diverter is usually built with Victaulic or Heavy Duty type connection rings, the inlet connection must be attached to a flexible rubber pipe that allows it to slide.

Y-shaped pipe

The Y-shaped fitting pipe made of S355 (ST52) steel, for DN100 and DN125 pipes allows branches to be made from the main line to reach various points of use. It can be produced with any connection system desired by the customer.
